HOW WE WORK
Every project moves through the same five phases — enough structure to keep things on track, enough flexibility to let the design lead.
OUR METHOD
We've refined the same five-phase process across every project type, from a single room to a ground-up hospitality build. It keeps clients informed at each stage and keeps the original design intent intact all the way through to handover.
DISCOVERY
We start with a detailed conversation about how the space will be used, who it's for, and what success looks like — followed by a site visit and measurement survey.
1–2 weeks · Client, Design Lead
CONCEPT
Our team develops spatial layouts, mood boards and an initial design direction — presented as concept boards and rough 3D visuals for feedback.
3–4 weeks · Design Team
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The approved concept is developed into detailed drawings — finalising materials, furniture, lighting and joinery, coordinated with structural and MEP consultants.
4–6 weeks · Design & Technical Team
EXECUTION
Our project management team coordinates contractors and vendors, running regular site visits to ensure what gets built matches what was designed.
Varies by scope · Project Management Team
HANDOVER
Final styling, snagging and a detailed walkthrough with the client — followed by documentation for maintenance and future reference.

GOOD TO KNOW
PROJECT SIZE VARIES
A single room can move through all five phases in as little as 8 weeks; a ground-up build can take a year or more.
YOU'RE INVOLVED THROUGHOUT
Each phase ends with a review meeting, so nothing moves to the next stage without your sign-off.
ONE POINT OF CONTACT
A single design lead stays with your project from the first meeting through to handover.
